'​BARK-TASTIC Charity Giveaway' - Terms & Conditions

Effective from October 01 2024

  • This prize draw (“BARK-TASTIC Charity Giveaway”) is being promoted by THE BARK PARK Limited, Unit 1, Ridding Lane, Whalley, Lancashire, BB7 9HW. 

  • The BARK-TASTIC Charity Giveaway will run from 10PM on 1 October 2024, with final entries being accepted on 28 October 2024 at 23:59PM. 

  • The prize draw is FREE to enter, meaning no purchase is necessary to enter. 

  • Coinciding with the prize draw event, THE BARK PARK Limited will be running charity fundraisers for Bleakholt Animal Sanctuary and Pendle Dogs in Need. These fundraisers will be promoted alongside and within THE BARK PARK Limited’s marketing material for the prize draw. No charitable donations are necessary to enter the prize draw. 

  • No advantage of winning a prize will be given to any entrant if they have donated to any of THE BARK PARK Limited’s charity fundraisers.

  • Starting from 1 October 2024, at 10PM, THE BARK PARK Limited will publish their first post on their Facebook and Instagram pages introducing the ‘BARK-TASTIC Charity Giveaway’. The post will reveal its lineup of four different prizes available to be won.

1st prize: A luxury Lake District getaway voucher by Aria Estates, worth £400.

2nd prize: An XL doggy hamper, jam-packed with doggy treats, gifts and Prosecco + £50 in vouchers for Ribble Valley Animal Feeds.

3rd prize: A doggy hamper, filled with lots of doggy treats, gifts and Prosecco.

4th prize: A £50 voucher for Margaret Mason Florist.

  • Several follow-up posts will be published on THE BARK PARK's social media pages throughout October, further promoting the prize draw. Qualifying entries MUST be made on the ORIGINAL post for the prize draw, dated 01 October 2024. 

  • To enter the prize draw, entrants must:

  • Make sure they are liking/following THE BARK PARK’s social media page on Instagram or Facebook.

  • Like the original post (dated 1 October 2024, introducing/promoting the prize draw) and tag some friends in the comments section.

  • Entrants must be UK residents who are aged 18 years or over. 

  • Qualifying entries will be collated, and the winners of each prize will be chosen by a random draw. 

  • On 31 October 2024, the winners of each prize will be contacted by THE BARK PARK Limited via private messaging on the Facebook or Instagram platform, depending on the source of their entry. The initial message will detail the specific prize that they have won, along with instructions on how to claim the prize, as detailed below.

  • The contacted winner will need to provide some contact details and arrange collection of their prize in-person from THE BARK PARK Limited at THE BARK PARK, Ridding Lane, Whalley.

  • All prizes in the prize draw are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for another prize or for the cash value. 

  • If THE BARK PARK Limited does not receive a response from a winner after being notified of their win after seven days, THE BARK PARK Limited reserves the right to randomly select another winner via the random draw procedure as previously detailed. 

  • The prize draw is not endorsed by or associated with Meta Platforms, Facebook or Instagram in any way, shape or form. 

  • THE BARK PARK Limited reserve the right to amend, cancel or suspend any or all aspects of the prize draw at their sole discretion. 

  • By submitting their entry into the BARK-TASTIC Charity Giveaway, the entrant indicates their acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  • THE BARK PARK Limited reserve the right to void any entry or refuse to award a winning prize to those found to be in breach of these terms and conditions. 

  • THE BARK PARK Limited waivers all responsibility regarding any entries that are not completed because of any technical issues of any kind.
